Welcome to Aura. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Aura. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Account & Security

• You register using a verified phone number. You are responsible for keeping this verification secure.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile information during onboarding.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of anyone else, or impersonate other users.

3. Rules of Conduct

Aura is built to foster meaningful connections. You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, fake, or spam content. We enforce strict automated and human content moderation. Profiles failing moderation check will be suspended immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Aura may offer optional premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and are governed by Apple's standard subscription rules. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your Apple Account settings.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the Aura community.
