Aura is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and genuine space for our members. Please review our safety practices and recommendations.

1. Reporting, Blocking, and Hiding

You are in complete control of your experience. We provide immediate tools to manage interactions:

• Report: File a report against any user from their profile or chatroom settings. Choose a reason: fake profile, inappropriate photos, harassment, spam, or other. Reports are moderated within 24 hours.
• Block: Instantly block a user to terminate all contact. Blocking expires any pending likes and hides your profiles from each other permanently. You cannot block yourself.
• Hide: Hide a profile from your discovery feed to skip them silently.
• Unmatch: End a match immediately. The user will be removed from your chat history and likes list.

2. Online and Offline Dating Safety

• Protect your personal info: Never share your home address, financial details, or direct identifiers until trust is fully established.
• Meet in public: For your first few dates, meet in public, populated locations. Do not rely on your partner for transportation.
• Tell a friend: Let a trusted friend or family member know where you are going and who you are meeting.

3. Content Policies

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, nudity, commercial transactions, or automated bots. Accounts engaged in such actions will be permanently banned.
